Subject: Friends Announces Its "Fall Foliage Frolic"
Dear Friends of Eagan's Open Space,
Please consider attending our annual autumn hike in through the Eagan Core Greenway next weekend (information below).
We'd be delighted to cross paths with you there!
---Jack Conrad
Leader: Steve Weston is a board member of the Minnesota River Valley Audubon Chapter. He is a member of the Minnesota Ornithologists Union and leads birding programs for Dakota County Parks. The hike will focus on the flora as well as the fauna to be found in the Park in mid-autumn.
Attractions: The autumnal leaves should be approaching their peak the weekend of the hike, so bring your camera! The hike will likely also visit the Caponi Art Park and the beautiful rolling hills found there. The event will offer a great opportunity to meet other members of the group in a splendid natural, outdoor setting.
Other significant notes: October 1st is "Eagan Core Greenway Day" in Dakota County (re: separate message)
