Dear Friends of Eagan's Open Space,

Friends of the Eagan Core Greenway and the Caponi Art Park are pleased to announce this fall's Greenway Music Festival.

On Sunday, September 18th, starting at 2:00 p.m., the Greenway Music Festival will take place at the Caponi Art Park's unique outdoor amphitheater, the Theater in the Woods (www.caponiartpark.org/theater.html). The festival will be a celebration of the harmony between Eagan's natural and cultural heritage, and will feature outstanding regional acoustical and folk musicians. Artists such as Dan Chouinard and Prudence Johnson, who have most recently appeared on Minnesota Public Radio's A Prairie Home Companion, will showcase their superb repertoires of music and song. The festival will be in support of the Eagan Core Greenway, including additional community educational outreach programs and programs to help preserve parcels yet to be completely protected. Admission to the event will be $8 for adults, with children free.
