A nature photography workshop will be held Sunday, Aug. 17 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Patrick Eagan Park. Participants will meet at the Eagan Art House, at the east entrance to the park (just north of Lexington & Diffley, in central Eagan). Map available at: www.eaganarthouse.org
Evening light is good for photography, and we hope for good weather so participants can take photos in the park at the close of the day. Everyone should bring a camera.
Nature photography opens the eyes and the mind to the world around us. Photographing the natural world presents very special challenges and rewards. David and John Brunet will talk about the challenges and opportunities presented by different types of cameras and film, lighting situations, and landscapes. They will bring photos to critique, and participants are invited to bring photos of their own.
For photos of another event recently lead by David Brunet at Patrick Eagan Park, see: www.friendsofpatrickeaganpark.org/background/fopep_hike.html
We will hope to see you there!
