Dear Friends of the Eagan Core Greenway,

This is an update on this year's Greenway Music Festival and an appeal for specific expertise.

Earlier this month, the organizing committee for the Greenway Music Festival, chaired by FOECG Board member, David Brunet, gave the green light to preparations for a Second Annual Greenway Music Festival. Local Jazz musician, Dan Chouinard has again agreed to help us recruit well-known local artists, which is great news! The event is tentatively scheduled for September 17th.

That said, we are looking for volunteers with experience in organizing and managing silent auctions. This will be a critical component of the Festival, not to mention a potentially significant revenue generator. (Like last year, all proceeds from the event will be deposited into the Eagan Core Greenway Fund, managed by the Eagan Foundation.) If you have practical experience with fund-raising events like silent auctions, we can use your help!
